The reliability of PRO AQUA ball valves is proven once again! On February 15, at the exhibition Aquatherm Moscow 2023, “APRO” Association of Manufacturers of Heating Radiators organized open tests of ball valves introduced.
Ruslan Sedykh, blogger, installer of heating and water supply systems, author of Sanrus channel, acted as an expert of the event. Alexander Kvashnin, executive director of “APRO” Association of Manufacturers of Heating Radiators and the speaker of the independent test, opened the “crash test.”
Note that within the framework of the event, Pro Aqua Company provided a special plant for testing samples for strength. “Crash test” was to test ball valves for fracture, as they are often subjected to unauthorized and unplanned loads on real objects. For this purpose, a special plant was designed.
According to the results of the test, the leading positions were taken by the products of those companies that were able to withstand the maximum weight:
1. Bugatti - 32 kg.
2. PRO AQUA - 28 kg.
3. Giacomini - 26.5 kg.
The PRO AQUA ball valves showed a high result! The PRO AQUA shut-off valves are designed for 30 years of operation and have an operating resource of 25,000 opening and closing cycles. The manufacturer's warranty is 10 years.
Other ball valves of well-known brands that did not make it to the winners' podium also took part in the test:
Terma - 26 kg;
MVI - 24 kg;
Valtec - 23.5 kg;
TIM - 23.5 kg;
Unifitt - 22.5 kg;
Stout - 22.5 kg;
Rommer - 22.5 kg;
Valfex - 21.25;
RTP Rosturplast - 17.5 kg.
An impressive number of visitors and representatives of the companies of the exhibition Aquatherm Moscow 2023 watched the “crash test.” Most of the ball valves that were being tested were provided by manufacturers on a voluntary basis.
Note that the tested products were not pre-selected and were chosen from a large number of samples.
For many years, consumers of Pro Aqua Company products have been convinced that our goods consistently maintain high quality and reliability! Thanks to a master class organized by APRO Association, visitors of the exhibition were able to see this for themselves.
